About CTX BasicQuarz® 0P03 Monet

Within the BasicQuarz range, 0P03 Monet is the more open, more decorative surface. Unlike purely homogeneous grey or white surfaces, Monet can therefore be read as a quartz composite for rooms that can take a little more visual movement without tipping over into natural stone patterning.

As a quartz composite, the material nonetheless stays clearly in the world of industrially plannable interior materials. The surface is designed for uniform fabrication, hygienic use and a reproducible look. Precisely in worktops, wall surfaces and interior components where natural stone would scatter too much or be too care-intensive, that is exactly where the benefit lies. The material is not a natural stone substitute in the narrow sense, but a deliberately controlled design surface.

Finishes

CTX BasicQuarz® 0P03 Monet is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.

Polished

A glossy surface with the highest possible degree of colour intensity — the standard finish in the engineered stone and engineered quartz segment. Easy to care for in everyday use and resistant to common household acids. A prestigious choice for kitchen worktops, wall claddings and exposed surfaces with a classic high-gloss character.

Care & fabrication

Monet as a rule needs no classic natural stone impregnation. The quartz composite surface is designed for easy-care interior applications.

For cleaning and care, water, mild cleaners and a soft cloth are sufficient. On paler or more decorative surfaces, colourants and limescale should not be left to act unnecessarily long.

Scouring agents and aggressive specialist chemicals are not needed. Gentle, regular cleaning and care is enough in everyday use.

For worktops and vanity tops, careful handling of edges and cut-outs remains sensible. That way the surface stays calm and well kept in the long term.
