About LAMINAM® Marmorea Bruna
Marmorea Bruna is decidedly expressive. The panel works with deep brown, warm tobacco tones and high-contrast lines reminiscent of brown marble. The material appears more luxurious than many grey or black ceramic series, because the colour brings warmth with it and does not rely on contrast alone. It comes into its own particularly well on islands, counters and vertical statement surfaces.
Marmorea Bruna is manufactured in Italy as a large-format ceramic panel. The design reference is clearly marble-like, but technically the series remains a dense porcelain surface. Compared with genuine brown marble such as Marron Emperador or with dark limestones, that is an important difference in practice: the panel is less critical with regard to acids, water and staining, and can be carried through several components more predictably.
This combination is attractive for kitchens and bathrooms in particular. The look recalls natural stone without taking on its everyday sensitivity in full. Grease, coffee or lemon juice are often an issue on a genuine marble surface; Marmorea Bruna stays considerably more relaxed here. For heavily used interior surfaces that is a solid advantage.
The surface finishes currently held in stock are listed in the »Finishes« block further down. At ROSSITTIS, LAMINAM Marmorea Bruna is available as a large-format panel for kitchen worktops, vanity tops, splashbacks, wall cladding, furniture fronts and other interior fit-out. As an alternative to brown marble it is more technical, but considerably easier to look after.
The honest assessment: if you are looking for genuine marble individuality and surfaces that take on a patina, natural stone remains the stronger option. If the dark luxury look matters more than geological authenticity, Marmorea Bruna is a very practical solution.
LAMINAM® Marmorea Bruna is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.
Naturale matt
Marmorea Bruna generally needs no sealing. For cleaning and maintenance, pH-neutral cleaners, water and a soft cloth are sufficient. Dark brown surfaces should be kept free of grease films, limescale and soap residues so that the figuring stays clear. Avoid hard impact loads on edges and the use of coarse scouring pads.
