Green Army comes from Brazil and is one of the colour-intensive Brazilian quartzites that have attracted great international attention in recent years. The base colour moves in deep, military green tones — from forest green through olive green to darker grey tones — shot through with golden, silver-grey and cream-coloured veins that lend the slab image movement and depth.
As a quartzite, Green Army is exceptionally hard and resistant. It is acid-resistant, extremely abrasion-resistant and therefore well suited to use as a kitchen worktop, floor covering or external surface. The colour intensity and the expressive pattern call for deliberate fabrication: Green Army needs space in order to develop its effect.
For large-format applications such as wall or floor claddings, or as a statement piece of furniture — dining tables, vanity tops or prestige reception areas — Green Army is a strong design statement. At ROSSITTIS it is available as a raw slab and in special formats.

Quartzite such as Green Army is very easy to care for and robust. Acid-resistant and almost watertight, it needs no regular sealing. Daily cleaning with clear water or a mild cleaner is sufficient. Avoid abrasives on polished surfaces.
