Ararat White is a Turkish marble named after the mythical Mount Ararat – a symbol of grandeur and purity. The colour is a clear, pure white with at most fine, light grey or silvery veins, which do not disturb the purity of the ground colour but give it a natural, lively quality.
As a white marble from Turkey, Ararat White stands in a long tradition of Turkish marble quarrying, which has contributed since antiquity to supplying building projects throughout the Mediterranean region. Turkey is one of the world's largest marble producers, and the geological particularities of the Anatolian mountain regions yield marble of exceptional purity and polishability.
Ararat White is suitable for all prestige interior applications: floors, wall cladding, bathrooms, stair coverings and high-quality detail work. Its pale, pure effect brightens rooms and creates a timelessly elegant setting. At ROSSITTIS, Ararat White is available as an unsized slab, floor slabs, tiles and in special formats.

Ararat White is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.
The surface is brushed — softer minerals are selectively removed, creating a subtle depth and a matte appearance. Strongly veined limestones in particular gain a characterful look and feel this way. The more matte finish conceals small etch marks better than a polish and stands up better to everyday use on heavily used interior surfaces.
White marble such as Ararat White reacts sensitively to acids and should be sealed carefully after installation. Wipe up acidic substances immediately. On pale marbles, stains are particularly visible – for heavily used surfaces, consistent maintenance is especially important. For daily cleaning, use only pH-neutral natural stone cleaners.

Seal after installation, clean regularly with a pH-neutral natural stone cleaner, no acids, no abrasives.
Only with very consistent care. White marble shows stains and etch marks from acids particularly clearly – for intensively used kitchens, granite or quartzite is more robust.
The price depends on the batch, thickness, surface finish and fabrication — with natural stone there is no serious flat rate per square metre. Business customers see prices once their B2B account is activated; private customers receive a complete quote through a fabricator near them.
