Caesarstone® 506 Mirabel is a Lioli Porcelain large-format porcelain slab from the Caesarstone Supernatural Ultra Collection with an ivory cream base tone and an elegantly branched vein network in warm honey-coloured, taupe-grey and subtly copper-warm accents. The full UV, heat, acid and frost resistance of porcelain in the jumbo format 1,600 × 3,200 mm.

A large-format porcelain from the Caesarstone Supernatural Ultra Collection — produced by Lioli Ceramica, the porcelain subsidiary within the Caesarstone network, distributed by Caesarstone Ltd. (Israel/USA) as Lioli Porcelain. A composite material of natural clays, feldspars, quartzes and mineral pigments, pressed and fully through-sintered above 1,200 °C. Water absorption < 0.1 %. Mohs hardness 7–8, fully heat-, acid-, scratch-, frost- and UV-resistant, food-safe. Available at the works in the jumbo large format 1,600 × 3,200 mm in thicknesses of 12 mm and 20 mm; standard finish “Silk” (matt, velvety, silky, marked in the ROSSITTIS stock as “honed C400”). The code 506 marks Mirabel as a Lioli Porcelain Supernatural Ultra design (NOT Quartz Surfaces ICON, NOT classic Supernatural). Design model: warm-toned Calacatta premium marbles such as Calacatta Vagli, Calacatta Borghini, Calacatta Crema or related Apuan premium variants. NOT a natural stone and NOT a polyester engineered quartz, but a fully through-sintered premium ceramic with an ivory cream, warm marble look and a multi-generation vein network.

About Caesarstone® 506 Mirabel

Caesarstone® 506 Mirabel belongs to the Lioli Porcelain Supernatural Ultra Collection — the premium porcelain tier within the Caesarstone range. Caesarstone Ltd. (founded in 1987 at Kibbutz Sdot Yam, Israel; listed on NASDAQ since 2012) divides its range into three material families: the classic Quartz Surfaces (polyester engineered quartz, approx. 93 % ground natural quartz), the Mineral™ line introduced in 2024 (a low-silicosis material alternative) and Lioli Porcelain (porcelain). Lioli Ceramica is a porcelain subsidiary within the Caesarstone network and produces the large-format porcelain slabs that Caesarstone distributes under its own brand.

Finishes

Caesarstone® 506 Mirabel is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.

Honed C400

A special surface on Caesarstone ceramic — in feel and effect it corresponds to the naturale matt finish. Level in appearance, somewhat rougher than polished, closed by the firing. Easy to care for, insensitive to scratches and stain-resistant — for demanding kitchen worktops and wall claddings with matt elegance.

Care & fabrication

Caesarstone 506 Mirabel is a fully through-sintered Lioli Porcelain material with water absorption < 0.1 % and needs no sealing.

Daily cleaning: a soft microfibre cloth, warm water and a neutral multi-purpose cleaner or a mild glass cleaner. Afterwards wipe over with clear water and polish dry with a soft cloth — otherwise limescale splashes remain visible as fine films on the light ivory cream Mirabel surface.

Acid resistance: complete. Unlike genuine Calacatta marble, lemon juice, vinegar, wine, tomato sauce, coffee, cola or descalers are uncritical on Mirabel and leave no etch marks.

Heat resistance: complete. Hot pans, pots, baking trays or oven dishes can be set down on the surface directly out of the oven — without a trivet.

Scratch resistance: very high (Mohs hardness 7–8). Steel knives and normal kitchen tools produce no scratches. Nevertheless carry out cutting work on a separate chopping board in order to protect the blades.

UV stability: complete. Direct sunlight outdoors causes no discolouration — Mirabel is equally suited to outdoor kitchens, pool surrounds, terrace tables and south-facing façades.

Stain treatment: all common food stains can be removed with warm water and a neutral cleaner. On the light premium surface, dark stains are particularly visible — prompt cleaning is therefore more advisable than with darker materials.

Do not use: extremely aggressive acids (hydrofluoric acid HF — glass industry), coarse steel wool, diamond files.

Outdoors: regular cleaning of pollen, bird droppings, algal deposits and de-icing salt residues. Freeze-thaw cycles are uncritical.

Repair: porcelain is very robust, but on a direct blow to the edge the material can splinter or break. Damage to an edge as a rule requires the replacement of the affected slab element or a properly executed build-up.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Caesarstone Supernatural Ultra Collection?

Supernatural Ultra is the most premium tier within the Caesarstone Lioli Porcelain Supernatural line for particularly elaborately composed marble-look designs. In the 5xxx codes, Caesarstone distinguishes various sub-tiers: Supernatural (classic fluid marble veining), Supernatural Ultra (premium with elaborate multi-layered vein markings) and ICON (Quartz Surfaces ICON, dramatic premium in polyester engineered quartz). 506 Mirabel is a Lioli Porcelain Supernatural Ultra design.

What is Lioli Ceramica?

Lioli Ceramica is a porcelain subsidiary within the Caesarstone network and produces the large-format porcelain slabs that Caesarstone distributes under its own brand as Lioli Porcelain. The material class is premium porcelain with all the typical properties (UV-stable, acid-resistant, heat-proof, frost-resistant).

Which marble model does Mirabel take up?

Stylistically, Mirabel takes its bearings from rare premium marbles such as Calacatta Vagli, Calacatta Borghini, Calacatta Crema or related Apuan premium variants from the Carrara area. Characteristic is the combination of a pure light base tone with a dramatically branched vein network in several warm tonalities — unlike classic black-and-white Calacatta looks, Mirabel shows several vein colours in one picture.

What is Caesarstone 506 Mirabel made of?

Mineral raw materials — natural clays, feldspars, quartzes and pigments. Pressed under high pressure into large-format slabs and sintered above 1,200 °C. The result is a fully through-sintered ceramic material with water absorption < 0.1 %, comparable with other premium porcelain materials (Laminam, Florim, Lioli Porcelain).

What does the surface designation “C400” mean?

C400 is a particularly finely honed surface working with a 400 grit — finer than the standard C220 that is used as the standard working with many other materials. The C400 working produces a silky matt surface with a particularly fine feel and corresponds in appearance to the Caesarstone factory designation “Silk”. It is an indication of the premium position of the design in the range.

Is Mirabel suitable for external applications?

Yes, fully. Lioli Porcelain Supernatural Ultra is UV-stable, frost-resistant (water absorption < 0.1 %), acid-resistant and heat-resistant — the ideal material class for continuous internal-and-external applications such as outdoor kitchens, pool surrounds, façades and terrace tables.

Mirabel or genuine Calacatta marble?

Genuine Calacatta Crema or Borghini is geologically authentic and unique in every slab. But: acid-sensitive, more prone to scratching, markedly more care-intensive, subject to freeze-thaw risks outdoors, limited in stock availability. Mirabel delivers the same warm, elegant pictorial idea in an easy-care porcelain quality with full approval for external use and without acid sensitivity. For intensive applications, the porcelain choice is usually the more sensible solution.

How much material do you currently have in stock?

We currently hold 21 large-format slabs of Caesarstone 506 Mirabel in 12 mm thickness with a honed C400 finish. Standard slab format 1,600 × 3,200 mm. For larger projects and continuous slab sequences we recommend reserving promptly.

What does Caesarstone® 506 Mirabel cost?

The price depends on the format, thickness, surface finish and fabrication — there is no serious flat rate per square metre. Business customers see prices once their B2B account is activated; private customers receive a complete quote through a fabricator near them.
