About King White Alaska White
King White / Alaska White is a Vietnamese marble with a clear white, slightly crystalline ground. The markings are very restrained: no dramatic veins, but an even, fine- to medium-grained structure with light grey hints. That makes the stone read as bright, calm and very architectural. For floors, wall surfaces, vanity tops, stairs and staged light interiors, it is one of the clean, timelessly white natural stone options.
The stone comes from Vietnam, where it has been quarried for years as a light marble alternative to the Italian classics. Numerous trade names for stone of the same type circulate on the market: King White, Alaska White, Bianco Neve, Bianco Assoluto Impeccabile, Zagroß White Carrara, Salt White, Crystal White and Crystalline Ultra White. That matters for the distinction — because internationally there is also a completely different stone called Alaska White Granite from Ceará/Brazil (a gneiss with dark mineral islands). Under this slug, Rossittis carries exclusively the Vietnamese marble. Compared with Bianco Carrara, the Vietnamese King White / Alaska White is usually denser, more homogeneous and less strongly veined.
Technically the stone is classically positioned as a fine- to medium-grained marble: bulk densities typically 2,700–2,800 kg/m³, water absorption usually well below 0.3 %, compressive strength in the 80–150 MPa range. Important for planning: like all true marbles the stone remains acid-sensitive — citrus, vinegar, wine and acidic cleaners can leave dull etch marks. On kitchen worktops that has to be deliberately planned for; on walls, floors and vanity tops the profile is well manageable.

The honest assessment: King White / Alaska White is not a robust hard stone. Its strength lies in a calm, clear white marble with an Asian origin and a very homogeneous surface effect. Anyone looking for exactly that — light marble elegance without dramatic veining — gets a very clean and contemporary solution.

Care & fabrication
King White / Alaska White should be sealed carefully on floors, vanity tops, stairs and in the bathroom. That makes cleaning and care easier and reduces the penetration of water, soap and coloured liquids into the light marble.
For cleaning and care, pH-neutral natural stone cleaners, clear water and soft cloths are suitable. Acidic cleaners, descalers, vinegar and citrus products are unsuitable for marble and leave dull etch marks.
On kitchen surfaces, the care routine typical of marble has to be accepted: coffee, wine, citrus and oil should not be allowed to dry on. Anyone who wants carefree kitchen surfaces is better served by quartzite or granite.
For interior surfaces, wall claddings and prestige floors, King White / Alaska White stays very beautiful in the long term with gentle care. For permanent, polished external applications, by contrast, it is not the right choice.
