LAMINAM Diamond Cream is a large-format porcelain panel in a warm cream tone with a calm stone-like appearance. At ROSSITTIS it is used above all for kitchens, bathrooms, wall surfaces and precise interior fit-out, wherever a pale surface with low water absorption is called for.

About LAMINAM® Diamond Cream
LAMINAM Diamond Cream reads as pale, calm and controlled. Its colour tone lies between cream, ivory and very pale sand, complemented by a fine, stony figure without strong contrasts. That is exactly what makes the panel interesting for projects in which warmth is wanted without slipping into a yellowish or rustic appearance. Compared with genuine limestone or pale marble, the look is more even and more reproducible, which is often an advantage for specifiers on larger surfaces.
Unlike natural stone, Diamond Cream is not created in a quarry but as a technically densified porcelain or porcelain stoneware panel in Italy. For practice this is decisive: you are not working here with a calcite-bearing natural material, but with a ceramic surface designed to be very dense and dimensionally stable. That also explains why the panel is frequently used in kitchens, bathrooms, furniture fronts and large-format wall claddings.
Technically, the material is clearly designed for everyday capability. Bulk density is around 2,500 kg/m³, flexural strength 50 MPa and water absorption, depending on the source, about 0.1 to 0.5 %. Diamond Cream is therefore markedly denser and less stain-sensitive than many pale natural stones. Added to this are frost resistance and good resistance to household acids. For work surfaces, vanity tops and heavily used internal areas this is a convincing profile.
The finishes currently available from stock are listed in the »Finishes« block further down this page. At ROSSITTIS, LAMINAM Diamond Cream is available as a large-format panel for kitchen worktops, splashbacks, vanity units, wall claddings and furniture fronts. Outdoors the material can work as well, for example for sheltered facade or outdoor kitchen surfaces.
The frank assessment: Diamond Cream is not a solution for clients seeking the geological uniqueness of a natural stone. But anyone who needs a pale, clean and low-maintenance surface with a stony character gets a very predictable material here, with little everyday drama.

Technical data
Guide values for the stone type, taken from manufacturer and test reports. Natural stone is a natural product — individual batches and slabs can differ. For critical applications, request slab-specific test data.
LAMINAM® Diamond Cream is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.
Poliert
LAMINAM Diamond Cream does not normally need to be sealed. Its very low water absorption is one of the essential advantages over more open-pored natural stones.
For cleaning and care, pH-neutral cleaners, clear water and a soft cloth are sufficient. On pale surfaces, grease, limescale and coloured residues should be removed regularly so that the surface stays calm.
Avoid aggressive scouring agents on polished variants and pay attention to edges and cut-outs. The surface itself is robust; with ceramic panels it is rather hard impacts on corners or narrow webs that are more sensitive.
In kitchen and bathroom, Diamond Cream is markedly more relaxed than marble or limestone. That does not mean, however, that dirt should be left to sit permanently: coffee, curry, limescale and metal abrasion marks in particular should be dealt with promptly.
Frequently asked questions
Is LAMINAM Diamond Cream suitable for a kitchen?
Yes. At around 2,500 kg/m³ bulk density, 50 MPa flexural strength and only about 0.1 to 0.5 % water absorption, the panel is clearly suited to heavily used kitchen surfaces.
What finishes are available in LAMINAM Diamond Cream?
The finishes currently available from stock are listed in the »Finishes« block on this page.
Where does LAMINAM Diamond Cream come from?
Diamond Cream is produced in Italy as a large-format ceramic panel. It is therefore not a quarried material but an industrially manufactured surface material.
How do I care for LAMINAM Diamond Cream?
For cleaning and care, neutral cleaners and a soft cloth are sufficient. Sealing is not normally necessary.
Is Diamond Cream better than pale marble?
For low-maintenance kitchens and bathrooms, usually yes. Pale marble reads as more natural and more individual, but reacts markedly more sensitively to acids, stains and signs of use.
