Vitoria Regia
Vitoria Regia is a Brazilian quartzite in a rich forest green with a cloudy, veined structure. At ROSSITTIS we carry it as a raw slab whenever a green statement surface for a kitchen, wall or table is called for.

Vitoria Regia is a green quartzite with a clear presence. The colour lies in the forest green range, joined by cloudy and veined movements that give the stone depth. This makes the surface look less severe than a compact green marble and less restless than some Brazilian exotics with an extreme variety of colour. For kitchen islands, tables, walls or vanity units it is a strong choice when green is to be used deliberately as a design colour.
The stone comes from Brazil and is traded as a quartzite. That is precisely the decisive point for planning: the surface combines a strong, decorative colour with the more robust technical basis of a quartzite. Anyone looking for the elegance of green natural stones but needing more everyday tolerance than with many marbles will find a convincing alternative here. For kitchens in particular, this combination of colour and hardness is interesting.
Reliable individual values are not available for Vitoria Regia as a complete technical set. Typical of quartzites, however, are high hardness, good insensitivity to acids and solid suitability for horizontal and vertical architectural surfaces. Vitoria Regia is accordingly used for worktops, walls, floors and decorative details. Its technical role is therefore clear: more reserve than marble, while at the same time making a markedly stronger appearance than a neutral granite.
The surface finishes available from stock are listed in the »Finishes« block further down. Leathered versions can be particularly exciting for kitchens and tables, because they support the green movement tactilely. At ROSSITTIS, Vitoria Regia is currently available above all as a raw slab and is therefore suitable for made-to-measure worktops, tables, wall pictures and bathroom projects.
The honest assessment: Vitoria Regia is not a quiet background stone. The material lives on colour and surface. Anyone looking for exactly a green statement with quartzite technology gets a very strong slab here.

Guide values for the stone type, taken from manufacturer and test reports. Natural stone is a natural product — individual batches and slabs can differ. For critical applications, request slab-specific test data.
Vitoria Regia is available in a range of finishes. The finish affects appearance, feel and the care it needs.
The surface is brushed — softer minerals are removed in a targeted way, creating a slight depth and a matt appearance. Veined quartzites gain a special character in this way. Acid-resistant and scratch-resistant, easy to care for in daily use — a popular alternative to a polish in modern kitchens and living spaces.
Vitoria Regia should be impregnated on worktops, tables and wall surfaces, so that water, grease and colourants adhere less readily. With intense green tones in particular, that pays off in everyday use.
For cleaning and care, pH-neutral natural stone cleaners, water and soft cloths are enough. On polished green surfaces, limescale, soap, grease and fingerprints should be removed regularly.
Avoid strongly film-building care products and abrasive pads. Even a hard quartzite is easier to clean and care for when the surface is not unnecessarily over-treated.
On kitchen and bathroom surfaces, clean and care regularly and check the impregnation at sensible intervals. That is how the forest green of the material stays clear and calm.
Yes. Vitoria Regia is traded as a quartzite and is therefore markedly harder and less acid-sensitive than many green marbles. For high-quality kitchens that is very interesting.

Vitoria Regia comes from Brazil. Characteristic is the forest green tone with a cloudy, veined structure.
For cleaning and care, pH-neutral natural stone cleaners, water and soft cloths are enough. On darker green surfaces, limescale and grease should be removed regularly.
Quartzites are fundamentally well suited to selected exterior applications too. In practice, however, Vitoria Regia is often used deliberately indoors because of its strong colour effect.
Vitoria Regia is harder and easier to care for than green marble. Marble often looks softer and more classical, this quartzite more mineral and more robust.
The price depends on the batch, thickness, surface finish and fabrication — with natural stone there is no serious flat rate per square metre. Business customers see prices once their B2B account is activated; private customers receive a complete quote through a fabricator near them.
