About Golden Oak

Golden Oak lives from its warm, gently flowing structure. The stone combines golden brown, honey, beige and darker veins or layers into an image reminiscent of timber, banded earth or grown landscape. It is precisely this mixture of warmth and movement that makes it attractive for stairs, façades, kitchens and strong floor compositions. Compared with very homogeneous granites, Golden Oak reads as considerably more lively, yet remains more controllable than many highly animated Brazilian exotics.

Poliert

Politur ist die klassischste Veredelung im Hartgesteinsegment — eine spiegelglatte, hochglänzende Oberfläche mit höchstmöglicher Farbintensität und maximaler Tiefenwirkung der Mineralstruktur. Als säurebeständiges Silikatgestein ist polierter Granit pflegeleicht und für Küchenarbeitsplatten, Wandverkleidungen und repräsentative Sichtflächen erste Wahl.

Care & fabrication

Golden Oak should be sealed above all on worktops, floors and external surfaces, so that moisture, oil and dirt penetrate the surface less easily. A good sealer supports maintenance without changing the natural effect of the stone.

For cleaning and care, pH-neutral natural stone cleaners, water and soft cloths or brushes depending on the finish are recommended. On textured surfaces, dust, soil and organic residues should be removed regularly so that the texture does not become clogged.

Avoid aggressive acids, strongly film-forming maintenance products and hard abrasives. Even though Golden Oak is more acid-resistant than marble, the surface is easier to clean and maintain when it is treated with suitable cleaners.
